1. Delivery areas
Our products are delivered within mainland France, across the European Union, and to selected international destinations depending on the options available at checkout. For any specific delivery request, you can contact us at info@hologie.com.
2. Delivery times
Orders are prepared once payment has been successfully confirmed. Shipments are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. During periods of high demand, this timeframe may be exceptionally extended. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email including a tracking link will be sent.
Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination. As an indication, deliveries within France are typically completed within 2 to 5 business days from dispatch. The estimated delivery timeframe is specified at the time of checkout.
Please note that these timeframes are indicative. The Seller cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control.
3. Shipping fees
Applicable shipping fees are displayed prior to final order confirmation. Shipping is complimentary for all deliveries within mainland France.
4. Receipt of products
Any issue relating to the order (missing item, damaged product, non-compliant product, or visible defect) must be reported as soon as possible by email to info@hologie.com, together with any relevant supporting evidence, including photographs of the parcel and the products concerned.
In the event of damage during delivery, the Client is invited to notify the carrier promptly and, where necessary, confirm the claim, ideally within 48 hours of receipt.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any reason, provided that the Products are returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and with the safety seal intact. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, altered, or whose packaging is deteriorated will not be eligible for a refund. The Client has fourteen (14) days from the notification of their decision to withdraw to return the Product.
To exercise this right, the Client must notify the Seller by email at: info@hologie.com.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Client. Returns are made at the Client’s own risk. It is recommended to retain proof of shipment and a tracking number.
Return instructions will be provided upon receipt of the withdrawal request.
If all return conditions are met, the refund will be processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) days, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
