How do I track my order?

Once your order has been validated and prepared by our logistics partner, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking information is usually provided within 24 to 48 hours after payment, excluding peak periods (such as holiday seasons).

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to mainland France and selected countries within the European Union.

We plan to expand to additional countries very soon.

Do you offer free delivery?

Delivery is free within France.

For other destinations, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For France: 2 to 5 business days.
For international orders: 2 to 8 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are indicative and may vary, particularly during peak periods (such as holidays).

Can I return an item?

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@hologie.com, specifying your order details.

Return shipping costs to our warehouse in France will be at your expense.

What is bioavailability?

Bioavailability refers to the body’s ability to absorb and utilise a nutrient. In other words, it is not only the amount of an ingredient that matters, but its chemical form, which often determines the proportion that is effectively absorbed and available for use at the cellular level.

At Hologie, we select highly bioavailable forms (such as chelated minerals or certain active forms of vitamins) to optimise their absorption and utilisation by the body.

What do physiological and clinical dosages mean?

A physiological dosage refers to an amount aligned with the body’s actual needs, without excess.

A clinical dosage refers to an amount that has been documented in humans in the context of a clinical study. This does not imply a guaranteed effect, but indicates that the dosage is based on existing human data rather than purely on marketing considerations.

What does bioactive mean?

A bioactive compound is a molecule capable of interacting with the body and exerting a measurable biological effect. In plants, these are typically naturally occurring compounds responsible for their physiological properties — such as polyphenols, carotenoids, or polysaccharides.

In food supplements, the effectiveness of an ingredient depends, among other things, on the quality of its bioactive compounds, their concentration and their bioavailability.

What is a standardised ingredient?

It refers to an ingredient whose content of active compounds is precisely measured and standardised.

This allows for consistent concentrations, ensuring reliable quality and efficacy across batches.
